Hi! We are MD Cashdollar, poets, writers, and educators. We've been writing since we were ten, often drawing inspiration from our family, personal challenges, and life journey—including being adopted from Haiti at age eight. We hold a Master’s degree in education and work as a teacher. We love poetry, especially the works of Emily Dickinson and Shakespeare, and enjoy reading and listening to music—from Leonard Cohen and Taylor Swift to Lizzo and Wyclef Jean.
